1. Age Verification & Legal Status :

By purchasing any item from this ONLINE STORE, the buyer warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and are under no legal disability that would prohibit them from purchasing, owning, or possessing the item. You represent that you meet this age requirement while  making a purchase,

The buyer assumes and takes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, carrying, possession and use of any item purchased. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research, read and follow the Indian Arms Acts l959, Arms Rules 2016, and Local State Public Safety Policies. The buyer should also know the local laws in their specific location (e.g., blade length restrictions, locking mechanism bans, or shipping prohibitions).

3. Assumption of Risk & Proper Use :

Knives are inherently dangerous tools. By purchasing, the buyer agrees:

• To use the product for its intended purpose only.
• That this online store is not responsible for any injuries, fatalities, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, or handling of the product.
• To keep all sharp objects out of the reach of children.
• Intended Use: All Products are sold as artefacts for decoration, hobbyists’ collection,  cutting use in kitchen, or gardening. Any attempt to use them as a weapon or to harm other humans / live stock intentionally makes the buyer solely responsible for all legal consequences.

4. Limitation / Waiver of Liability / No Warrant of Legality :

In no event shall knivesindia.com, its owners, or its affiliates be liable for any claims, damages, legal actions, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or special consequential damages to property or life whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

5. Waiver of Liability & Indemnification :

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless knivesindia.com, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the sale, possession, or use of the merchandise.

• Assumption of Risk: By purchasing, you agree to assume all risks related to the ownership and use of the merchandise.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold KnivesIndia.com (and its parent company, Cashcow Augmentation Systems) harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use or ownership of the product.
• Damage Disclaimer: The site disclaims liability for any injuries or damages resulting from the use, misuse, or “alteration” of their products.
• We do not guarantee that our products are legal in your specific Pincode, you made the purchase from. The legal “due diligence” is on the  BUYER only.

6. Specific Product Restrictions (Knuckle Dusters)

• Please note that Knuckle Dusters (listed as for use as “Paper Weights”) are technically banned for carry/use in India under prevailing laws. We sell them only as decorative artefacts / Paper Weights and warn that carrying or using them outside the home is at the buyer’s own legal risk.

7. Shipping & Returns

• Shipping: We offer free shipping throughout India but note that if a product is not in stock, it may be shipped legally from international sources (like China), which can cause customs delays and confiscation by customs department.
